Welcome to La Casita Azul del Mar, a charming traditional townhouse in the heart of Nerja, just a short stroll from the famous Balcón de Europa and the beautiful nearby beaches.

On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with a sofa bed and television. The first floor features a double bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in shower. On the second floor you will find a bright living area with another sofa bed, Smart TV, a small open-plan kitchen and a second bathroom with shower. Air conditioned in the living room, and effective / silent ceiling fans in the bedroom and lower sitting room.
The highlight of the house is the private rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy lovely sea views, sunshine and the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle from morning until sunset.
The property includes WiFi.
Located just 2 minutes walking to the beaches around the Balcón de Europa, you will also have restaurants, tapas bars, shops and cafés right at your doorstep, making it easy to enjoy Nerja without needing a car.
Please note: this is a traditional townhouse with several staircases and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
